Description
Aide
Ref: WW02014-0095
Hegemony of Embersig
The Aide is an offensive support character acting as an assault mage and tempo generator. It is designed to hunt down key miniatures (rear guards, mages, or commanders) without exposing itself prior to the strike, disrupting enemy lines from turn one.
- Ethereal Blade: Teleports up to 12 paces, engages the enemy, and attacks automatically. The opponent needs 2 (Block) for each (Success) to stop the strike.
- Mind Communication: Grants an extra activation to another friendly unit within 12 paces right after a friendly unit finishes its activation, expanding your tactical options and board pressure.
- I Am Only an Image in Your Mind: Once per-round, allows taking 1 (Trace) to ignore up to 2 (Wound), ensuring survivability with proper Taint management.
- On the table: For 25 points, it brings mobility, striking power, and an activation advantage. Careful positioning is key to avoid getting isolated after attacking.
